Tasmanian women working in hospitality and tourism are being encouraged to take the next step in their careers, with applications opening today for Hospitality Tasmania’s 2026 Women in Leadership Scholarship Program.
Now in its fourth year, the 2026 program offers 13 courses to select from – the largest offering to date – supporting professional development from one-day leadership intensives through to 18-month nationally recognised qualifications including Certificate IV and Diploma programs in Leadership and Management.
In the previous two years, Hospitality Tasmania has supported more than 40 women obtain higher qualifications in their chosen fields.
The program is designed to support women at every stage of their career – from emerging leaders to those aspiring to middle and senior management roles.
